WGI leaders go to svd

We had a fun, productive, and meaningful yesterday with the WeGeneration Initiative climate action youth leaders! We spent the whole day at the SVD Farm in Tagaytay learning about the dangers plastics waste and microplastics pose to the environment and our health; the importance of farmers and farming; and the power of collective work.

We are so grateful to our partners -- the 2KK Foundation; the Australian Embassy through the support of the Australian Grant Scheme; the Angono youth of the parish of St. Clemente; Upskills; Tondo Youth Pataas; the Community Initiative; MAIDS; and the Gawad Kalinga Mothers from Smokey Mountain. Together, we made the activity possible and everyone had a great time learning!
