What we do
The WeGeneration Initiative is a newly-formed non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to inspiring and empowering students, communities, and businesses to take meaningful climate action!
Through engaging and very accessible climate and sustainability education, we want to encourage a deeper understanding of climate change, its far-reaching impacts, and the proactive steps that everyone—from children and students to employees and community leaders—can take to address the climate crisis which is the greatest challenge that humanity now faces.
CLIMATE EDUCATION
We bring basic yet essential knowledge about climate change to schools, communities, and workplaces, covering the main topics of the following:

Practical ways individuals and communities can contribute to climate action.
UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
We integrate the UN SDGs into our educational programs, helping participants understand their interconnectedness with climate action and other pressing social and environmental issues.
OFF-GRID ISLAND SOLAR INSTALLATION
We implement solar energy systems in remote island communities without access to reliable electricity. These off-grid installations provide clean, sustainable power for homes, schools, and health centers, improving quality of life while reducing reliance on fossil fuels.
FREE TALKS AND WORKSHOPS
We provide free, interactive workshops and discussions, making climate education accessible to everyone. Participants leave empowered with actionable insights to make a difference in their homes, schools, workplaces, and beyond.
VOLUNTEER MOBILIZATION
We actively encourage and train volunteers to become climate educators, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to spread awareness and inspire action within their own communities.

Our Mission
Our mission is very straightforward: to popularize climate education and make it a central part of the daily life of ordinary Filipinos, providing them with the knowledge and motivation to drive collective action toward a climate and environment-aware future for the Philippines.

What we want is a Philippines and a world where people and communities are informed, empowered, and united in tackling climate change and achieving the SDGs, fostering a thriving planet for generations to come.
